Here at Zwinky, we are super excited about the upcoming Winter Olympics in Vancouver, Canada (personally, I'm a huge fan of Apollo Anton Ohno). We wanted to extend the celebration to Zwinktopia, so we've brought you the Winter Zlympics! Just head over to the Colozeeum to grab some great new items for your wardrobe or for decorating your room. Check out the new look I purchased for the occassion:

Make sure you stop by and grab your country's flag to cheer them on. You can also grab custom room decorations, like rugs and snowboards that make great decorations. Mr. Metropolitan's Midwinter Mailbag

Greetings Zwinksters! I hope the new year is finding each of you well. Mr. Metropolitan is still doing his best to keep his resolution. In an effort to be better, I'm going out of my way to be a nice, smiling benevolent force in the world &ndash and saving the snickers for my own private time. (And I'm not talking about eating candy bars behind closed doors, Mr. Snacktastic.)

As I was out in Zwinktopia recently, I was checking out the other ladies to see what everyone's doing with their wardrobe this year. I loved what I saw and wanted to share it with you, so check out these 5 great styles for 2010!

Valentine's Day is just around the corner, so check out this cute, flowery look. Great combination of casual and dressy at the same time! The top is exclusive to the daily keepsake catalog, so it's an item that isn't very common around Zwinktopia!

Next up is another daily keepsake exclusive. This layered ensemble is so much fun and definitely appropriate for any occasion!

For all those, "I'm going to go to the gym more often" New Years Resolutions, we have Style #3 below, featuring a fun yoga top and running skirt, and of course, the classic gym bag.

I just couldn?t believe it! Now, I know that spotlighting celebrities is Miss Paparazzi's thing. And zizo31 is without doubt a Zwinky Celeb! So I hope Miss P doesn't think I'm stepping on her toes by doing this. I just absolutely had to find out how zizo31 created this amazing dorm look.

Well, my lovelies, we've touched down in 2010 and there's no going back! That's the way it should be, if you ask me. They call it the past for a reason. And as far as I'm concerned, last year is gone, and it's time to start this decade off right. So here I am, your loyal romance diva, here to make sure your heart is ready for whatever comes its adorable little way over the next 12 months! So let's not waste another moment, and start answering those curious questions of yours!

Miss P's Favorite Video of 2009!

Hey Zwinksters! Today I wanted to blog about a very unique girl here on Zwinky; her user name is hottie_leslie. She has almost 900 friends and 3,000 page hits here on Zwinky!

So why is she so popular? Hottie_leslie is both an aspiring music video director as well as a fashion designer. She took these two passions and her love for Zwinky and made some of the best music videos on YoutTube that I've ever seen.

The process by which it takes to recreate a music video into a Zwinky music video is very time consuming. Leslie admitted that she watches the original over 40 times in order to fully capture each image and screen shot. She then uses several different programs to recreate each scene with amazing attention to detail.

Leslie told me that it takes her close to a week to recreate some of our favorite and most popular music videos. With the help and support of her friends she is able to put together these incredible works of Zwinky art. I love her Dance in the Dark and Paparazzi videos, but her Bad Romance video is spectacular! It has become my favorite video of 2009!

To me, hottie_leslie is a Zwinky celebrity! She continuously strives to be different, to come up with new ideas and to make Zwinky a better place to play, hang out and make friends.
